Job Posting: Office Administrator (m/f/d) – Part-time 30 hours/week
Your Responsibilities

Processing daily correspondence via email and telephone

Supporting customer service and order processing

Maintaining and managing master data

Preparing and creating quotes, invoices, and other documents

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

Structured, diligent, and reliable working style

Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel)
